Planning your birth isn’t about scripting every single moment, it’s about feeling prepared, informed and heard. It’s about understanding your choices, knowing your preferences and being able to speak up (or having someone speak up for you) when it matters most.

And the best part? It doesn’t have to feel overwhelming.

Before looking at hospital policies or packing your bag, take a quiet moment and ask yourself: How do I want to feel during my birth? Calm? Respected? Safe?
